2. Hotel Reservations & Inquiries
Inquiries submitted via our digital concierge forms represent non-binding expressions of interest. Formal reservations are established upon mutual written confirmation from our reservations office and submission of valid booking guarantees.
3. Casino Admission Guidelines
- Age Requirement: Entry to the in-house casino tables and electronic gaming salon is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older, subject to verification with government-issued photo identification (passport or national identity card).
- Dress Code Decorum: All visitors must comply with our smart evening dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals not observing appropriate decorum.
- Responsible Conduct: Gaming is offered strictly as entertainment. Management enforces clear player protection measures and responsible gaming rules.
4. Hotel House Rules, Player Protection & Regulatory Compliance
